the kids club (Club Hyatt) was excellent. The facilities were well designed with separate zones for different age groups, a wide range of toys and activities, and exceptionally kind and attentive staff. Club Hyatt was a highlight for my children.

staff service across the rest of the hotel was inconsistent. While some staff were friendly and helpful, others struggled to answer basic questions, such as where the nearest pool toilets were. The concierge and check-in service did not match the level I expect from a five-star resort, and some of our luggage was misplaced on arrival, requiring us to repeatedly explain that we had additional bags.The room layout was nice, but maintenance was disappointing. We noticed what appeared to be painted-over mould on the ceiling, along with flaking plaster and damaged corners. There were also no bathroom exhaust fans, which is concerning given the apparent mould issues.We also experienced a faulty lift in our building, as the down button was not working. To the hotel’s credit, this was fixed within 12 hours of reporting it.My final concern was the pricing of food and laundry services. While I expect hotel services to be more expensive than local options, the pricing felt excessive. Laundry through the hotel was quoted at AUD $91, while the same service in Da Nang cost AUD $2.20. Similarly, restaurant prices were extremely high — we could feed our entire family elsewhere for less than the cost of a single bánh mì at the hotel. We tried the hotel’s food and drinks but couldn’t justify the pricing. Fortunately, ordering via Grab was easy and the hotel allowed delivery drivers access.

The apartment was big and comfortable. The whole resort was beautiful at every corner.

Our room had a garden but no ocean view. The facility was quite old. We had to change the locker of the window.

I had a delightful stay at the Hyatt Regency in Da Nang. The property is immaculate and beautifully maintained, and the buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide range of delicious dishes to suit all tastes. The staff were warm and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. The only minor issue was the lack of a toilet shut-off, which might be a bit inconvenient for Muslim guests. Despite that, I would definitely recommend it and consider it almost a five-star experience.

Chair moving noise in the night from the room above. We had to change to another room.Resort too big and not suitable for a couple without kids. Breakfast room overcrowded with waiting queues even at 6.30

This was our second trip, and we knew the property already. The whole resort layout is very nice.We had a birthday party at the pool villa and the arrangements were perfect. Staff is very friendly and accommodated all our requests.

Breakfast offering was not enough for the amount of guests. Each day we had long wait times for a breakfast table. Also, too few chairs at the pool for the number of guests. No coffee machines in rooms. The gym was also on the small side. Between 6-8 am very busy and tight.

Lovely property, on a very nice stretch of beach. Very spacious and beautifully manicured. Large rooms with space to spread out, and walk in closet. Good sleep quality. Many options for dining, and a huge breakfast buffet. Reasonable distance from both Danang and Hoi An. Particularly enjoyed the Xanh restaurant.

Pools were very hot in June. A few maintenance issues with our room- door that wouldn’t lock, poor fitting toilet seat…

Apartment complex named as a hotel !!!!

We had booked an ocean view room and instead got room facing the maintaince room right at the back with the ocean only visible if u tilt from the balcony. We noticed that the receptionist was very careful sorting out guests based on Nationality(Koreans and Whites in front block with better rooms) and probably thought since we r Indians, she could shove us into this dingy room right at the back! Upon raising concerns they eventually shifted us to what we actually paid for. The hotel is like a soulless giant apartment complex maze with no signs, so ull easily get lost. The bathroom was leaking water right into the bedroom from the glass door...Pools close off too early at 6pm ...Breakfast was ok...Zero resturants around the property so u r forced to eat average food in the hotel's resturants.....We have stayed in our share of 5 star hotels around the world and overall we felt this place doesn't match the standards at all !

Nice pools and beach, stylish restaurants, people take care of the territory, very clean and niceWould recommend that resort to my friends and would come back againOur room was kind of old, and what was the most important for us is a microwave because of our baby, but it barely worked, i told to the staff, they said they ll send an engineer, but it was never fixed

Room service is very poor, to get the things you asked for takes at least 40 mins, for us it was very urgent, our baby was sick and vomited in her bed, to wait for new bed sheets took 45 mins, to get the thermometer took 45 minsAnd what was really strange that resort doesnt have a doctor or a nurse..there are hundreds of guests and not even one doctor for them..we had to bring our kid to a hospitalWish it was less stressful in that matter
